Customer FAQ's

We do apologize for any delays in delivery. 

We do not guarantee a delivery time, and ask that every expect at least a minimum of 45 – 60 minutes, 

Even though we try our best to have all deliveries completed in under 30 minutes. 

Due to events out of our control, 

Such as how busy a restaurant is, 

The weather, 

or Traffic issues, 

We can not guarantee a delivery time, and all delivery quotes are estimates only. 

For any orders that are missing an item, or more – 

or an item was prepared the wrong way, 

Please contact the restaurant directly. 

It is better for them to hear their mistakes directly from their customers. 

When they remake your items, they will contact us to re-deliver the items.

Our driver teams work hard to ensure fast delivery times and to provide a friendly experience. 

Tips are not mandatory, but they are greatly appreciated. 

The driver is not paid the full delivery fee as it is split with the business for operational expenses.

Crave applies a 5% service fee to all delivery orders, 

We use this fee to cover transaction fees and help towards operating expenses.
